Description
This cuvée is the flagship of Château Valmont. The grapes were rigorously sorted and then selected, hand picked and vinified under temperature control, matured in barrels.
Terroir
Sols limoneux, argilo-calcaire et parsemés de galets. Les embruns marins apportent humidité et fraîcheur.

This cuvée will successfully go with your meat and game.

Ageing
Signature is a wine that you can easily keep from 10 to 15 years
Vinification
Pour cette cuvée, nous avons sélectionné les raisins issus de nos plus belles parcelles. Cueillette à maturité et à température optimale, tôt le matin. Les baies sont ensuite triés. Vinification traditionnelle, macération de 3 semaines sous contrôle de température. Pressurage du marc en pressoir pneumatique. Elevage en barriques bordelaises et bourguignonnes.
