Description
The flavour obtained in this Riesling is traditional for this grape variety. The research in this wine focuses mainly on its freshness but also on its sweet nature.
Terroir
It comes from a granitic, alluvial soil, low in humic matter. The vine is cultivated with respect for the environment. Its exploitation is highly regulated, and follows strict instructions in order to obtain the AB label.
Pairing
It is a perfect accompaniment not only to fish and shellfish, but also to all regional dishes such as sauerkraut, pie, baeckeoffe, rooster, etc.
It will be a delight with white meat.

Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand, then pressed in a pneumatic press. Traditional fermentation under temperature control, tangential filtration, which is subject to a rigorous protocol.
