Description
Terroir
This wine comes from an exceptional terroir, coveted since the Middle Ages. The steep slopes, facing south-east at an altitude of 300 m, welcome the sun’s rays from the very first hours of the day.
The soil is made of a two-mica granite arena that drains the water and retains heat well, returning it to the vine at night.
Pairing
This Muscat Grand Cru Frankstein will be as comfortable as an aperitif as it is with asparagus. It will revive your gastronomic tables.

The grapes are picked by hand, then pressed in a pneumatic press. Traditional fermentation under temperature control.
